Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Creamy & Fruity Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bowl. This is an easy and quick breakfast idea. It's healthy, hearty and comforting! You can make this with any oatmeal of your preference: steel cut oats, rolled oats, overnight oats, you name it!

Cook the Oatmeal

  • Steel Cut Oats - 1 cup

  • Water / Milk - 2 1/2 cups

  • Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp

I like to keep this recipe healthy so I do not add sugar in the oatmeal, other than drizzle it with agave or honey in the end. But if you prefer your oatmeal to be a little, add a bit of brown sugar and pinch of salt.

  • Brown Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)

  • Salt - just a pinch, (optional)

Mix + Simmer for 25-30 mins.

  • Banana

  • Kiwi

  • Strawberry

  • Peanut Butter Drizzle

  • Agave or Honey

  • Hemp Hearts

  • Chia Seeds

How to make Peanut Butter Drizzle

Method 1 - microwave couple scoops of peanut butter for 15 sec intervals until it reaches warm, sauce like consistency.

Method 2 - whisk in couple tablespoons of peanut butter and a little bit of warm milk, until it reaches sauce like consistency.
